The role of HR executive in bringing about cultural change has become increasingly important in this partnership. Regina Salvucci, Senn Delaney partner and health care practice leader, recently sat down with Carol Ross-Spang, senior vice president of Human Resources at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, to discuss her role in bringing the ‘Power of One’ culture to life for more than 12,000 associates and physicians across the \Memphis-based eight-hospital, $1.6 billion healthcare system.
